You agree to use the cabin and facilities responsibly and respectfully. Don't damage the property, disturb other guests, or use the space in ways that could harm the cabin, the forest lake setting, or fellow visitors.
You're responsible for the details on your booking and for any activity during your stay. If you notice unauthorized charges or suspect something's wrong with your reservation, contact us right away.
Nightly rates are confirmed in advance and charged at booking. All prices are displayed before you complete your reservation. You can modify your dates, switch cabins, or cancel anytime from your account.
You can cancel whenever you like. Your booking remains confirmed through the end of your reserved dates, and refunds are processed according to your cancellation window.
We maintain the cabins and grounds to a high standard, but to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the nightly rate you paid for any affected nights.
